Iraq Says U.S. Aerial Strike Killed 14 Civilians

Iraqi defense officials say fourteen civilians were killed and 30 others injured when two cruise missiles struck a residential area in Baghdad on Wednesday. It was the worst single reported instance of civilian casualties since the U.S. bombing campaign a week ago. The attack occurred around midday in the heavily populated northern Baghdad neighborhood of Al-Shaab, crowded with homes and about 30 shops.
