Internet connection in North Korea continues to be unstable for the fourth day after having gone dark earlier on Tuesday.

The Web site of the North’s state-run Korean Central News Agency was completely disabled for around seven hours from 1 a.m. on Friday. As of 8:30 a.m., the news agency’s Web site is seeing intermittent access but connections are extremely slow and unstable.

The North’s propaganda Web site, Uriminzokkiri, is also having connection problems after seeing instability from Thursday.

Other propaganda Web sites are also experiencing unstable access to the Internet or slow connections.

Web sites that use the North’s dot-kp top-level Internet domain had their Internet connections disrupted on Tuesday, while North Korean Web sites whose servers are based in China saw their Internet connections disabled on Wednesday.
