N. Korea Again Chosen Most Dangerous Country for Christians

Voice of America reported Thursday that North Korea has again been named the most dangerous country for Christians

Christian evangelical organization “Open Doors” released Wednesday this year’s World Watch report listing the 50 countries where Christians face persecution for their beliefs.

On the list, North Korea remains the most difficult place in the world to be a Christian for the 13th consecutive year.

The religious organization claims that if found, Christians in North Korea face arrest, public execution or incarceration in prison camps.

It added that North Koreans are arrested or executed just for possessing the Bible and the persecution has become more intense since Kim Jong-un took power.

Also on the list are Somalia and Iraq.
