South Korean rookie golfer Jang Ha-na has jumped to the top of the leaderboard halfway through the LPGA season opener.
 
Jang, 22, shot a 7-under 65, including eight birdies and a bogey, in the second round of the Coates Golf Championship in Florida on Thursday. 
 
Jang, who tied for fourth in the first round, is now 12-under in total, leading second place Stacy Lewis of the United States by four shots.
 
Lydia Ko, a Korean-New Zealander, tied for third with a seven-under through the second round, while South Korean Choi Na-yeon tied for seventh at six-under.
 
World No.1 Park In-bee of South Korea recorded three-over 75 in the second round, sliding out of top 40.
