Preparation for Park Tae-hwan's Hearing Under Wraps

South Korean swimmer Park Tae-hwan and the country's swimming federation are keeping preparations for Park's upcoming doping hearing under wraps.

The Korea Swimming Federation and Park's representatives held a closed-door meeting on Friday ahead of the hearing which is scheduled to be held on Feb. 27 in Switzerland.

Park has come under public scrutiny after the results of a doping test came back positive. The swimmer blamed the result on injections received from a local hospital, saying he was told the injections did not contain any questionable substances.

At the Friday meeting, all participants agreed to uphold the secrecy guidelines of the World Anti-Doping Agency until the investigation is complete.

Meanwhile, Park's management agency broke the secrecy rule on January 26 by disseminating press releases regarding the athlete's test results.
