S. Korea, Japan to Sign Accord on Cultural Exchange

South Korea and Japan will sign an agreement Monday on the exchange of cultural properties and mutual cooperation. The accord is widely expected to open the gate of far-reaching bilateral cultural exchange, which has so far been limited to personal exchange. Under the deal, the two countries will jointly cooperate with international cultural organizations.
