S. Korea's Sin Da-woon Wins 1,000m Event at ISU World Cup

South Korea’s Sin Da-woon won the final men’s one-thousand meter event of the International Skating Union (ISU) World Cup in Erzurum, Turkey on Sunday.
 
Sin came in first with a score of one minute and 25-point-311 seconds. Korean-born short track skater, Viktor Ahn, who became a Russian citizen in 2011, came in second.
 
With Sunday’s victory, Sin has grabbed a gold medal in all six of the ISU World Cup series individual events he competed in this season.
 
In the men’s five-thousand-meter relay, Sin won a silver medal along with teammates Lee Han-bin, Kwak Yoon-gy and Lee Jung-su.
