All foreign nationals and naturalized South Koreans are eligible for the position, as long as they have lived in the capital for at least one year and are able to communicate in both English and Korean.

The city government will pay a nominal sum for each report. Information regarding the position is available on its Website and applications can be submitted by email or at City Hall.
