KBS 1TV placed first in a survey of viewer satisfaction last year.
 
The Korea Information Society Development Institute (KISDI) said Monday that KBS 1TV placed first and KBS 2TV came in second in a broadcast program viewer satisfaction evaluation index survey in 2014.
 
KBS 1TV has placed first in the survey for six straight years since 2010.
 
The channel also ranked first in public service, reliability and informativeness in the same survey.
 
The results are based on four surveys of 14-thousand-400 people between the ages of 13 and 69 around the nation last year. KISDI was commissioned by the Korea Communications Commission to conduct the research.
