On the spot survey on Kaesung Industrial Complex is to start on April 21st

An on-the-spot survey on constructing Kaesung Industrial Complex iln North Korea will begin as of April 21st.

The Unification Ministry announced Monday that a team of managers in charge of developing the Kaesung Industrial Complex have tentatively agreed on conducting the feasibility studies over the land space of one million pyung, or 300,000 square meters, on April 21st.

They also reportedly agreed on the monthly wage for the North Korean workers at the complex at 85 dollar per month, but the monthly lease rate for the businesses to be housed there has yet to be decided.
