The U.K.-based Professional Footballers' Association (PFA) selected Chelsea midfielder Ji So-yun as women's player of the year on Sunday.
 
Eight Women's Super League clubs and 92 Football League clubs from men's football are involved in the voting for the PFA player of the year awards.
 
Ji scored nine goals in 19 games in her debut season in England, cementing her role as a key player for the Chelsea Ladies.
 
Chelsea Ladies is at the top of the league so far this season spurred by two goals from Ji.
