Moviegoers Flock to

The superhero sequel "Avengers: Age of Ultron" has drawn more than eight million moviegoers in South Korea.

The film's distributor Walt Disney Company Korea said Tuesday that the flick exceeded the eight million mark on the 13th day of its run, becoming the second fastest film to reach that mark in South Korea after "The Admiral: Roaring Currents," which hit the number in ten days.

The sequel has surpassed the seven million mark set by 2012’s "The Avengers," and is likely to become the fourth foreign film in South Korea to garner ten million moviegoers, following "Avatar," "Frozen" and "Interstellar."
