North Korea has informed South Korea that it will fire artillery for three days starting Wednesday.

South Korea's Joint Chiefs of Staff said on Wednesday that the North sent the message through the military's line of communication.

According to the message, North Korea will fire artillery starting at 3 p.m. on Wednesday until Friday near waters north of the Northern Limit Line (NLL) in the Yellow Sea.
