South Korea's Ha Min-ah took gold in the 2015 World Taekwondo Championships in Chelyabinsk, Russia Thursday.
 
Ha, a student at Kyung Hee University, defeated two-time Olympic gold medalist Wu Jingyu of China in the women's 49-kilogram event.
 
Meanwhile, South Korea's Gwak Dong-han won gold in the men's 90-kilogram event at the Asian Judo Championships in Kuwait City, Kuwait on Friday by defeating Daiki Nishiyama of Japan.
