Kim Tae-hun Defends World Taekwondo Title

South Korea taekwondo fighter Kim Tae-hun defended his title at the World Taekwondo Championships in Russia.
 
Kim defeated Stanislav Denisov of Russia 14-7 in the men's under-54kg final at the championships at Traktor Arena in Chelyabinsk, Russia on Sunday.
 
Kim secured the gold medal in the men’s lightest class at the World Taekwondo Championships in Mexico in 2013 as well.
 
In women’s competition, Lim Geum-byeol grabbed gold in the under-53kg class, defeating Huang Yun-Wen from Chinese Taipei 10-5.
 
Lim, who turns 17 next month, has become the youngest Korean gold medalist at the championships.
 
South Korea is leading with three gold medals and one bronze medal.
