Rhythmic Gymnast Son Yeon-jae Wins Bronze in Individual All-Around

South Korea’s rhythmic gymnast Son Yeon-jae won a bronze medal in the individual all-around rhythmic gymnastics event at the World Cup.
 
Son scored a combined 72-point-250 points in ball, hoop, ribbon and club to finish third in the individual all-around event at the Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
 
Son scored 18-point-150 points in club and 18-point-200 in ribbon on the second day of the event on Saturday. On the first day, she scored 18-point-150 points in hoop and 17-point-750 in ball.
 
She advanced to the all final competitions of each routine set for Sunday.
 
Leading rhythmic gymnasts Yana Kudryavtseva and Melitina Staniouta did not compete in the event.
