S. Korean Women's Football Team Falls to Brazil 2-0 at World Cup

South Korea’s women’s football team lost to Brazil 2-0 in its opening match of the FIFA Women’s World Cup in Canada on Tuesday.
 
Two of Brazil’s top players, Formiga and Marta, both knocked in goals for the world's seventh-ranked team at Olympic Stadium in Montreal. 
 
On Saturday, South Korea will face off against Costa Rica, who came to a 1-1 draw against Spain on Tuesday.
 
South Korea, Brazil, Costa Rica and Spain make up Group E. The two best teams in each of the six groups will advance to the knockout stage.
 
Meanwhile, Marta set the new Women's World Cup record for the most career goals scored at 15.
