S. Korea Dominates World Archery Youth Championships

South Korea secured the top spot in the World Archery Youth Championships after grabbing eight out of ten gold medals up for grabs in the recurve events. 
 
In the under-21 junior team event, the South Korean men’s team, made up of Min Byeong-yeon, Lee Woo-seok and Lee Seung-shin, beat the U.S. 6-0 in the U.S. city of Yankton in South Dakota.
 
South Korea also added gold medals in the junior men's individuals, women's team event and mixed team events.
 
South Korea grabbed four more gold medals in the cadet recurve events, where archers aged 17 and under competed.
 
With eight gold medals, one silver and two bronze medals, South Korea ranked top in the medal tally.
