Twenty-nine team officials headed by Yoo Byung-jin arrived in Gwangju, South Jeolla Province Wednesday afternoon to enter the village along with athletes.
The South Korean delegation will hold an official ceremony at 4 p.m. on Thursday to mark their entry into the village.
South Korean athletes are aiming to win more than 25 gold medals to rank third in the overall medal count.
