South Korea won two gold medals in judo at the 2015 Gwangju Summer Universiade on Sunday.
Judoka Gwak Dong-han grabbed the gold medal in the men's under-90 kilo with an ippon victory over Khusen Khalmurzaev of Russia.
Kim Seong-yeon added gold in the women's under-70 kilo, beating Kazuki Osanai of Japan by yuko.
Wang Ki-chun settled for silver in the under-81 kilo after losing to Khasan Khalmurzaev by waza-ari.
Bak Ji-yun added silver in the women's under-63 kilo event.
The South Korean men’s shooting team garnered a silver medal in the 10-meter air rifle event with one-thousand eight-hundred-66-point-4 points. China took the gold in the event.
In archery, Kim Jong-ho and Kim Tae-yoon advanced to the men’s compound final, while Song Yoon-soo advanced to the women’s compound final.
South Korea ranks second in the overall medal standings with four gold medals, five silver and four bronze on the third day of competition.
