South Korea picked up gold medals in archery and shooting at the Gwangju Summer Universiade on Wednesday.
Archer Lee Seung-yun won his third gold medal in the men’s individual recurve final at Gwangju International Archery Center.
Before defeating compatriot Ku Bon-chan 6-0 in the individual recurve final, Lee secured two gold medals in the men’s team and the mixed team events.
Archer Ki Bo-bae won the gold medal in the women's individual recurve event, defeating compatriot Choi Mi-sun 6-5 after a shoot-off.
Kim had earlier helped the mixed team win the gold in the recurve final event.
In shooting, Han Ji-young picked up the gold medal in the women's 10-meter air pistol event with 198-point-eight points. It was Han’s second gold of the competition.
In the men’s 25 meter rapid fire pistol event, the South Korean team of Park Jun-woo, Lee Kyung-won and Han Sang-hun added a silver with one-thousand-722 points.
