Report: South Korean Chun In-gee grabbed her first LPGA major title at the U.S. Women's Open on Sunday.
Chun entered the final round four shots behind Amy Yang, but birdied three of the last four holes to achieve victory at Lancaster Country Club in Pennsylvania.
Chun seized the lead on the 15th hole with a three-meter birdie putt and sank another birdie putt of about four meters on the 16th hole.
The champion nearly secured her victory by posting a third straight birdie on the 17th hole.
Bogeying the 18th hole, Chun left the door wide open for Yang to stage a comeback, but a bogey by Yang gave Chun the victory.
Chun finished at eight under, winning in her major debut.
