Hyundai Asan ... the operator of a cruise tour to the Mount Geumgang resort ... has unveiled plans to hire North Koreans who will work in the special tourist zone in the North.
A company spokesman said it is discussing the plan with North Korean authorities.
Hyundai Asan said it has secured 33 million square meters of land in the resort for the first stage of development.
