The World Flower Exhibition Korea 2003 kicked off Thursday in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province, with an opening ceremony attended by some 3,000 people.
Among those present at the ceremony on the first day of the exhibition set to run through May 8th were Prime Minister Goh Kun, Agriculture and Forestry Minister Kim Young-jin and Gyeonggi Province Governor Sohn Hak-kyu.
