Korea University beat rival Yonsei University and defended its men's division title in this year's national college basketball championship.

In the men's first final round held at Gyeongsan Gymnasium in North Gyeongsang Province Friday, Korea University defeated Yonsei 69 to 65.

Korea University's Lee Jong-hyeon scored 21 points with 12 rebounds.

It's the third straight year since 2013 that Korea University has come out on top in the college championship.
