S. Korea Finishes Second at Women's East Asian Cup

South Korea lost to North Korea 2-0 to finish second at the Women’s East Asian Cup on Saturday.
 
With the victory against South Korea in Wuhan, China, the North retained the top place for the second straight time at the regional tournament which is held every second year.
 
Japan defeated China 2-0 to earn its first victory of the competition to finish third. China closed out with three losses.
 
South Korean goalkeeper Kim Jung-mi has been named the best netminder of the 2015 Women's East Asian Cup, while North Korean attacker Wi Jong-sim was selected the MVP of the tournament.
