Lydia Ko Wins Canadian Pacific Women’s Open

Lydia Ko has won the Canadian Pacific Women’s Open title on the LPGA tour for the third time.

Ko finished regulation with an even-par 72 to match Stacy Lewis of the U.S. at 12 under at Vancouver Golf Club.

The 18-year-old South Korean-born New Zealander won the title by recording a par on the first hole of a playoff, beating Lewis who bogeyed.

Previously, Ko won the Canadian Pacific Women Open in 2012 when she was 15 years and four months old, becoming the LPGA’s youngest winner and fifth amateur champion.
