Jordanian Prince Ali Bin al-Hussein has declared his candidacy for president of FIFA.

Speaking at an ancient Roman amphitheater in Amman, Jordan on Wednesday, the prince said he will work hard to reform the global governing body of football, which is currently mired in a corruption scandal.

He pledged to transfer FIFA’s decision-making rights to the national or regional governing bodies of the sport, adding that he will try to increase support for women’s football as well as referees if he wins the presidency.

With the declaration, a total of four people have made public a bid to run for the FIFA presidency. Chung Mong-joon, honorary chairman of the Korea Football Association, declared his bid on August. UEFA president Michel Platini and former Brazilian football star Zico are also running.
