Health Minister Kim Hwa-joong says chances are high that the first probable case of SARS may turn out to be just an ordinary pneumonia patient. Meeting with the press after an interagency session on counter SARS measures on Wednesday, Kim said that the man in his forties could prove to be suffering from bacterial pneumonia, NOT viral pneumonia which is a key sign of SARS. Kim said it would take two or three to days to confirm what the man is actually suffering from.
