U.S. President George W. Bush has declared that major combat operations in Iraq are over in a nationwide address. Bush delivered the televised address on Thursday, aboard the aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln returning from the war in Iraq off San Diego. Bush said the United States has difficult work ahead to rebuild Iraq and find Saddam Hussein and any weapons of mass destruction.
