Quake Kills 100 in Turkey

In Turkey, rescuers are picking through debris to free dozens of people trapped in the rubble after a strong earthquake rocked the southeastern part of the nation on Thursday. Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said at least one-hundred people were killed and one-thousand injured. The quake was centered just outside Bingol, a city of 250-thousand in a largely rural area mostly inhabited by Kurds.
