KCA to Help Foreign Tourists in Consumer Disputes

The Korea Consumer Agency will lend help to foreign tourists who experience unfair business practices in South Korea.

In collaboration with the Korea Tourism Organization, the agency will mediate consumer disputes involving foreign tourists by offering consultations over the phone.

The consumer agency’s intervention will be based on complaints made by foreign tourists to the Korea Tourism Organization.

Beginning from October 1, the service will be provided in English, Chinese and Japanese on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. through the Korea Travel Hotline at 1-3-3-0.
