A French air passenger who stayed in South Korea for two days to change planes has been classified as a probable SARS patient in France. The National Institute of Health said the French air passenger flew into Incheon International Airport from Nanjing last Thursday and stayed at a hotel for one night before taking a Korean Air flight to Paris the following day. A companion of the French passenger was classified as a suspected SARS case in Paris. The health institute said the two French people showed no symptoms when they entered the international airport, adding that the possibility of secondary infection is low. However, the institute is following up on passengers who were aboard the Nanjing-Incheon flight because there is little confirmed information on the deadly flu-like illness.
