The government will dispatch two officials to the U.S. Office of Reconstruction and Humanitarian Assistance to help in international efforts to rebuild Iraq. The Foreign Ministry said Wednesday that the two officials will leave for Baghdad on Friday. The ministry said the dispatch is also expected to help in forming a favorable environment for South Korea
