The second and last contingent of non-combat troops has departed for Iraq. The Seo-hee unit, comprised of some 320 engineering troops, will join the first squad in the southern region of Nasiriyah. Their main duties are to assist in post-war projects and refugee relief efforts, and offer medical services.
