Samsung Lions Slugger Lee Seung-yuop Wins Tenth Golden Glove

Samsung Lions slugger Lee Seung-yuop has received his tenth Golden Glove, becoming the first Korea Baseball Organization (KBO) player to accomplish the feat.
 
Lee received 246 out of 358 votes for designated hitter at the 2015 KBO Golden Glove award ceremony held in Seoul Tuesday.
 
Lee, who received the award at 39 years and three months, also became the oldest player to win the Golden Glove, taking the honor from the LG Twins' Lee Byung-kyu.
 
NC Dinos' Eric Thames, who was voted Most Valuable Player of the KBO, received the Golden Glove for first base.
 
Three foreign players won the Golden Glove this year for the first time as the Dinos' Eric Hacker and Yamaico Navarro of the Samsung Lions also won awards.
