South Korea and India have reached an agreement in negotiations to draft the Treaty on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters. In a statement Saturday, the Foreign Ministry in Seoul said the agreement came in a second round of negotiations held in New Delhi from Monday through Thursday.
