A Mediterranean-style coastal city will be created in Ulsan City, South Gyeongsang Province.
 
The Ulsan Bukgu Office has established detailed guidelines for a Mediterranean-style coastal tourist village, including the shapes and colors of buildings and signage.
 
The proposed village is comprised of four areas modeled after Nice in France, Barcelona in Spain, Santorini in Greece and Venice in Italy.
 
Mainly white and blue will be used for the Santorini area, while brick red will be used for the Venice area, Gray for the Barcelona area and yellow for the Nice district.
 
Bukgo officials said that they believe the planned village will attract many tourists.
