Korea, Russia Near Space Technology Cooperation Accord

According to the Ministry of Science and Technology Thursday, South Korea and Russia are on the eve of reaching an agreement on bilateral space technology cooperation.

The two sides are fine-tuning the wording of the accord during the five-day meeting in Moscow, which began on Monday, after reaching broad agreement on space science cooperation.

In the 14-point draft agreement, they are haggling over how to deal with tariffs and legal responsibilities.
