While signs of SARS are subsiding in Hong Kong and Beijing, Canada is reporting a large number of fresh SARS cases. Health authorities in Toronto say some thirty suspected patients are under examination and told at least five-hundred people believed to have come in contact with diseased SARS patients to quarantine themselves at home for 10 days as a precaution.
