The Seoul Metropolitan Government is pushing ahead with the establishment of a research center of an American university at the Digital Media City in western Seoul. A city official said President Charles W. Steger of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and University will visit the Seoul City Government Monday and discuss ways to cooperate in building the center. The official said the Digital Media City would emerge as a new hub of research if Virginia Tech
