Yun Young-chul, chief justice of the Constitutional Court, discussed ways of promoting ties in a meeting with U.S. Chief Justice William Rehnquist. During the meeting in Washington D.C., they exchanged views on how to expand exchanges between the two sides, including sending Korean constitutional researchers to study at the U.S. Federal Supreme Court.
