Academy of Korean Studies to Hold Exhibition on Joseon Dynasty Kings

The Academy of Korean Studies will hold an exhibition on the kings and scholars of the Joseon Dynasty that lasted about five centuries from the late 14th century.

Among items on display at the Jangseogak Archives through May 31st will be Sunwonrok, a genealogy of the royal family, Uigwe, records of royal rituals and ceremonies as well as books published during the reign of Sejong the Great, such as the "Illustrated Conduct of the Three Bonds" and "Straight Talk on Farming."
 
The exhibition will also display items related to the KBS 1TV drama series "Jang Yeongsil: The Greatest Scientist of Joseon."
 
A docent will guide groups of ten or more people around the exhibition if they apply in advance.
