Sluggers Park, Lee Blast First Homers in MLB

Two South Korean sluggers playing in U.S. Major League Baseball, Park Byung-ho and Lee Dae-ho, both hit their first home-runs in the league.

In the game against Kansas City Royals in Missouri on Friday, Minnesota Twins’ slugger Park hit a solo homer in the eighth inning when the game was tied 2-2.

Despite the 30-year-old's homer, the Twins lost 3-4 against the Royals, last year's winner of the World Series championship.

Seattle Mariners first baseman Lee Dae-ho also hit a homer in the fifth inning in a game with the Oakland Athletics held in the U.S. state of Washington.

The 34-year-old scored the homer in his first hit in a Major League match. The Seattle Mariners lost against the Oakland Athletics, 2-3.
