Gyeonggi Institute to Conduct Program on Informing Migrants' Human Rights

The Gyeonggi Institute of Research and Policy Development for Migrants' Human Rights will carry out a program on educating people about the human rights of migrants to raise awareness about the issue and support related policies.

The program run by the institute in Ansan, Gyeonggi Province, will begin from this month and go on until November.

The institute said under the program, experts will offer two-hour lectures at organizations interested in learning more about the matter.

Interested organizations can choose one or more lecture themes out of a total of four that go as follows: multiculturalism and human rights; human rights of migrants; migrant-related laws and policies; and human rights and communities. No fees will be charged for the lectures.
