S. Korean Male Duo Win Asian Badminton Champs

A South Korean male duo has won the men’s doubles at the 2016 Badminton Asian Championships for the second consecutive year.

Top seeds Lee Yong-dae and Yoo Yeon-seong on Sunday defeated the world's 14th ranked Li Junhui and Liu Yuchen of China at the Wuhan Sports Center in the men’s doubles finals.

The Lee-Yoo duo won two sets, 21 to 14 and 28 to 26, respectively.

The victory by the South Koreans is also the second international championship win in two weeks after the two dominated the 2016 China Masters a week before.
