S. Korean Buddhist Temple to Build Largest Lying Buddha

A Buddhist temple in South Gyeongsang Province is building the largest lying Buddha in the world on its grounds. The Buddhist temple in Miryang, some 350 kilometers south east of Seoul, said the lying Buddha will be a 130-meter long and 30 meter tall concrete structure. Completion is set for 2005.
