The Export-Import Bank of Korea said South Korea has seen its country risk slightly increase this year ... due to the North Korean nuclear issue.

The bank cited a report by Euromoney, which provides information on global capital markets, direct investment and issues of concern to global businesses.

According to the report, the nation's country-risk ranking fell to 38th out of 180 countries for March, from 34th in September last year.

The higher the country-risk ranking of a nation, the safer foreign investors feel about the country.
