At Blythefield Country Club in Belmont, Michigan, the 23-year-old beat Spain's Carlota Ciganda with a birdie on the first hole of a playoff.
She entered the playoff with Ciganda after carding a 4-under 67 on Sunday and an 18-under 266 in total.
It was her second victory of the year after winning the Founders Cup in March.
