Choo Hits 5th Homer, Oh Secures First Save in MLB

South Korean right-fielder Choo Shin-soo of the Texas Rangers has hit his fifth homer of the season.
 
In the game against the Minnesota Twins on Saturday, Choo hit a solo homer in the top of the fifth inning. Texas lost 17-5 against the Twins.
 
Choo went one-for-five with a solo homer in the game and his batting average fell slightly to .256 from .259.
 
Meanwhile, South Korean relief pitcher Oh Seung-hwan of the St. Louis Cardinals secured his first career save in the U.S. Major Leagues against the Milwaukee Brewers on Saturday. The Cardinals won 3-0 at home.
 
Oh has become the first South Korean to record a save in the major leagues of South Korea, Japan and the United States.
